Mis Sapatos de Blues

My Blues Shoes

I've been wandering since an early age,
out there in the west outside the big city
we were already friends, my guitar and I
the infernal machine made me vibrate with excitement, I played rock and blues and I didn't realize that I was missing seeing the light.
and over time I wanted to impress all those people who were going to listen to me
luckily I understood that to see the light I had to put on my blues shoes, I played rock and blues, I was already on the threshold of the house of the blue light.
and the moment came for the brown band, three-hour sessions of jamming, sir
blow up the speakers with so much devotion for this feeling, this rhythm in blues
we played rock and blues
and now that I remember I already had my blues shoes, white and black, baby
you can play the guitar, the cello, or the violin but it will be of no use if you can't convey it pay attention brother if you want to see the light you have to put on your blues shoes
and play and play and play rock and roll and blues and let people admire and be able to share your blues
time brings messages that you have to understand loves you can win and others you can lose and it's the feelings that remain in the end and only with the years do you learn to live
I played rock and roll and blues
and now that I remember I wanted my shoes, and now that I remember I wanted my shoes, and now that I remember I wanted my blues shoes
