Vaso Quebrado
Jair Inácio
Broken Vase
A vase thrown into the world, worthless
A vase full of sin, empty of God
A vase once used, but cracked
All its virtue leaked out, no longer useful
The vase that was a blessing
Lost its prudence, then failed
The vase so full of grace turned to the world and sin entered
Today it lost its appearance, as a consequence of what it practiced
The effect of the sad sin, a blessed vase remained in sadness
A vase that God used within the church
It was a vessel of honor, had value
But didn't take care and sin entered
It's no longer a vessel of honor, it remained empty
But here is the potter
Faithful, true, and restorer
He transforms the damaged vase
Thrown away, with no value
Breaks and molds it again
Makes a new and valuable vase
Then the restored vase is used again
In the hands of the Lord
