Un Ave Del Paraíso
Javier Ruibal
A Bird From Paradise
I wanna step in
To your crystal cage,
She gives away her feathers
If the moon rolls
Over the city.
I already dreamed
That, in the light of the window,
A kiss on every tile
And the pink bird
Invites me to the sofa.
And so autumn in Uranus
And summer in Neptune,
Let the winter pass
And, in May,
Take a spin around Saturn.
In the tail of a bird from Paradise
My commitment-free loves go away
And in its nest I want to nest;
And hanging from the eaves, from cloud to cloud,
I follow her, she keeps going up,
And now I don't plan to come down.
Tie me up
To your wings, I asked,
A triple jump into the void,
Let a shiver
Take over me.
Oh, my love,
Let's fly south:
Give me your waist,
Dreaming naked
Bathed in blue.
And so autumn in Uranus
And summer in Neptune,
Let the winter pass
And, in May,
Take a spin around Saturn.
The way she moved her wings with such grace,
I swear by the sky that in the galaxy
I never saw a bird like her.
Caught in the mane of a spark
I follow her through the stars
And now I don't plan to come down.
