God never dies
The sun dies in the mountains
With the dying light
For life in its haste
Leads us to die
But it doesn't matter to know
That I will have the same end
Because I have the comfort
That God will never die
I will leave the things I loved
The ideal land where I was born
I know that afterwards I will enjoy
The happiness and peace
That I will find in God
I know that life begins
Where it is thought
That reality ends
I know God never dies
And that He sympathizes
With those who seek their beatitude
I know a new light
Will reach our loneliness
And that everyone who comes to die
Begins to live an eternity
