I don't care what name that star has
or how many light-years away from my town it is,
as long as every night it lights up
and I see it flicker.

I don't care how far the goal is
as long as they give me time to get there.
Not being poorly received. I love
packing my bags and traveling.

I don't care about taking life seriously
as long as I keep a sense of humor;
nor about being completely wrong
if the mistake turns out well.

I don't care, if it's to start over,
to put it in reverse and go back;
nor hitting my head on the ground
as long as I can stand up.

I don't care about following the rules of the game
as long as the other respects them too.
Nor, in a slip-up, getting caught red-handed
depending on how and with whom.

I don't care about glory, I promise,
if suffering is required to be by its side;
nor the afterlife with all due respect,
as long as they let me stay here.

Not showing my backside when the script demands it
nor facing it even if it leaves a scar.
Not death, if it's not urgent,
nor changing to be happier.
