Buenos Días
Joan Manuel Serrat
Good Morning
When on the sand there are only footprints of rats and sailors, that's when a blue sea is my blue sea. When three rocks form a harbor, and every grain of sand looks like a little piece of gold, that's when a beach is my beach. Good morning, good morning to all. Good morning, good morning. Good morning, east wind that comes from where the sun rises and dies in my sail. Good morning, good morning.
If it blows towards where the fish hides, that's when the east wind is my wind. If it's light as a dove and your name is painted in red on the bow, that's when a lute is my lute. When the waves are jesters and the sun is a pomegranate growing in the sea, that's when I want to be a sailor.
