Moses' Staff
There was a staff that Moses held in his hands
That he cut to work with day and night
He took care of the flock, never thinking
That God would ever need it
Years went by and Moses never thought
About what God had planned to do
But the Lord wanted to show Pharaoh
That with just one staff, He could free Israel
Then suddenly he saw a burning bush
And fearing, he started to draw near
And a voice from the bush then spoke, it was the Lord's voice
Who wanted to use him
Moses performed many miracles
And then the king let all the people go
With that staff, the Red Sea parted
All of Israel fled, and Egypt was done.
