downstream the water flows
downstream, towards the sea
from the bridge
I see the river water flow and flow
I look down and laugh
(at) seeing myself think:
that I am the water
and you the law of gravity

life is long and I will continue
on the path to your arms
if the river flows, it can only go
downstream

downstream, and let's go,
because life is a slide
it hurts less to let go of the railing
and let yourself be carried away
like the river water
on the way to the sea (that I look at thinking:)

I am made of iron
when you are a magnet

the water meanders and eventually
always finds a way through
you will come, sooner or later to me,
I know,
I am your sea and you go downstream (that I am)
