Cinco Sentidos

Five Senses
If my eyes can't see you anymore,
if I happen to lose your love,
I'd rather be in the dark;
if I can't see you.
I wouldn't know how to breathe,
if you said goodbye to me,
because you'd take the air away,
dove in your flight.
Without your body to navigate, I'd drown
my love, and I'd be a river without a sea,
adrift, with no port,
without meaning. I'd rather be,
than wander aimlessly for you.
What sense does it make to keep going
woman; if I lose you.
Of what’s left for me to walk,
I swear by this love,
if I can't hear your voice;
I'd prefer the silence.
Without your skin, my hands won't have
a reason to love, or to be,
my caresses will fade away;
if I can't love you. A bitter taste you'll leave,
when you say goodbye to me,
you'll take from my lips
the honey of your kisses.
