La Casada
José Luis Perales
The Married Woman
She likes poetry
He doesn't like anything
She likes to sing softly
When he leaves.
He is a man
Who no longer feels anything
She is still very young
And she's married
And when she got married
They gave her a choice
But by saying no, she said yes
And when she got married
They gave her a choice
But by saying no, she said yes
She asks, 'What are you complaining about?'
He doesn't respond at all
She tells him
If you don't love me
I'll leave the house
She cries silently
Because she feels like it
But it's too late because
She's married
And when she got married
They gave her a choice
But by saying no, she said yes
And when she got married
They gave her a choice
But by saying no, she said yes
He just wants to have a wife
To take care of the house
She longs to be loved
But he leaves
He is jealous
He already has many gray hairs
She is still very young
And she's married
And when she got married
They gave her a choice
But by saying no, she said yes
And when she got married
They gave her a choice
But by saying no, she said yes
And when she got married
They gave her a choice
But by saying no, she said yes.
