Cruel Days
Lost in the night, in my sadness
Living in uncertainty of cruel days
I thought about life, suffered and cried
Because I walked with the unfaithful
That's when I thought
About reality, and had the desire
To reach the light
I turned quickly and in large steps
I threw myself into the Arms of the Lord Jesus
I had friends who walked with me
And encouraged me in
Their ways, I had fame and
Glory in this life of mine
I had almost everything, just didn't have God
