From the hill I come down
path and stone
I have tangled in my soul, life
a sadness.

You accuse me of not loving you
don't say that
maybe you will never understand, life
why I walk away.

It's my destiny
stone and path
of a distant and beautiful dream
I am a pilgrim.

No matter how much happiness
I live in torment
and when I should stay, life
I leave walking.

Sometimes I am like the river
I arrive singing
without anyone knowing, life
I leave crying.
