But the other one, bothered, restless, couldn't understand

Martha and Mary who in our days
Represent the way we are living
Giving Jesus all attention, or just a moment
I choose to worship, I choose to be faithful
I choose to flee from sin
To one day dwell in heaven
I choose to forgive, I choose to be different
Not just to know Him by hearsay
But to feel Him personally
I choose to be the salt, I choose to be the light
I choose to be an intimate friend of my Jesus
I choose to renounce, to give up the world here
I choose to keep my crown
To ascend with my Master
