A wineskin, some water, a piece of bread
A pilgrim in the desert, a child in her hands
Farewell, there goes Hagar, wandering in the desert walking
And to increase your pain, the water in the wineskin ran out
And thirsty in the desert, Ishmael cried

And Hagar was afraid, and her heart was filled with despair
Wherever she went, there was only dryness and with each step the boy's crying got louder
Time passed, Hagar thought to herself, we are going to perish
So you don't see your son die of thirst

But the angel of the Lord called to him from heaven, Why are you afraid to take

For God heard the voice of the boy from heaven above

In the desert, God will not let you die
Because He takes care of you, even in the smallest details
And if your wineskin runs out of water or bread
Believe that God has provision to act suddenly

Stop crying and thinking about giving up, believe that God will act
It will be a believer's business
If in your desert, you don't find wells
If necessary, God will do it
From your crying a stream for you to drink
