Hombros de Gigantes

For all those people we will never remember
Many of them we don't even know what they did
And for all, and for so much
Today we give thanks

For the work that is never written in the bulletins
For the hidden heroes never recognized
I rise and sing to them thank you very much

For the people who never saw the result
Of the work and effort made
For the lives they saved with their example
For bringing Jesus to our time

And we are not better or more handsome
We are not even equally brave
And if today we go further
And if we seem great
It's because we are carried on the shoulders of giants
And if we had the same courage
To leave everything to deliver a message
That is not written with ink
That was written with the blood of the greatest, Jesus

For all those families that, even though they were persecuted
Did not cease in their efforts, did not give up
And for all, there were so many, today we give thanks

For all those people who still wait to be spoken to
For those who are now small and will soon be giants
I give my life to carry the message as others did before

And I don't know if I will see all the results
Of the work and effort made
But I want my life to be an example
And bring Jesus to their time
