Returning Home
Since the day they left me, I've been counting on my fingers the moment of the final return and I reached the door that was half open that rich girl forgot to close, the guy comes and tells me let's pack our bags there's nothing else to do around here if they left us stranded far from home not even the frog remembers me, returning home after a hectic time walking along the road and I realized early that I had to be there today, returning home after so much wandering while I walk thinking about lying in the shade and watching my life go by, my radio has no batteries and I'm already in trouble my bull if I pack my head that splits my lips that burn from walking under the sun and at the end of this route the afternoon is falling the night will pass by here and I know that when dawn breaks I'll be under arrest at home or in an old hospital, returning home after a hectic time walking along the road and I realized early that I had to be there today, returning home after so much wandering while I walk thinking about lying in the shade and watching my life go by, I entered four walls not knowing what that time was agonizing in that old hospital, the nurse on duty saw me skinny as a dog and said she would take care of me, approaching the bed with a drip between her breasts offering me jasmine tea and it burns so much it's getting late sorry but I have to go, returning home after a hectic time walking along the road and I realized early that I had to be there today, returning home after so much wandering while I walk thinking about lying in the shade and watching my life go by...
