Who is He who measures the waters with the shell of His hands
Who takes measure of the sky by palm
Before Him the whole earth is like dust
Who is He who is seated upon the globe of the earth
Who stretches out the sky like a curtain
And unfurls it like a tent to dwell in it

He is God who never needed any god to teach Him
His presence at once is everywhere
Walks in the wind, moves in the sea
He makes the great army of stars form
And calls each one by name
He is absolute, incomparable

Glorious God, exalted, iron fist, breaks the chains
Strengthens the weak and the weary
His glory will manifest here
His presence trembles, makes everything shake
No one can see His face
Such greatness, such power
Wait on Him and He will make you
Soar on wings like eagles in the heights

Over the sea, over the mountains
Over the valley, over the hills
Over the wind, over storms
He is God
The Owner of everything
The Owner of the world
