If I work it's because I don't know what to do
I have few friends to spend the day with
And I wouldn't want people to talk badly about me
To say that I'm just trying to make money
Because that's not true, it has never been true.
Spring, summer, autumn, winter
I sing the day of the earth in celebration
And so serene
I stay here waiting for the evening.
