Empresário e o Pecuarista

The Businessman and the Rancher
In the city of São Paulo where I stayed
On a family trip I took to another state
On the corner of the hotel there was a famous bar
I went down anyway with my dusty hat
I just wanted to have a drink because I was insulted
I entered that rich establishment
Everyone looking at me, thinking I'm weird
I got awkward, this place is not my type
Even so, I sat at the table and whistled at the waiter
Bring a bucket of beer and whiskey brings a liter
Suddenly a guy in the greatest audacity
With a very fancy suit and it wasn't even a wedding
He told me this place doesn't fit my budget
How are you going to pay for everything you're drinking?
You'll have to wash the dishes, otherwise you'll end up in debt!
I am a strong businessman in this big capital
I live in a skyscraper, high social standard
I have a son who is a lawyer in a multinational company
And a daughter who is a doctor in a large hospital
And if I talk about money, it will make you feel very bad
I replied to the businessman and said my companion
You'll run into a barbed wire if the subject is money
Only one of my farms can buy your entire building
And some cattle, I'll buy your red car
I'm not one to brag, but this time there was no way around it
My children are educated in that daily struggle
If I stop working, I leave a generation free
The beef you eat came from your backyard
And if you want to know who this person is who speaks to you
Just arrive in Londrina and ask: From the livestock boys!
