Suite Los Noticieros Cinematográficos
Les Luthiers
Suite The Cinematographic Newsreels
In Johann Sebastian Mastropiero's Suite 'The Cinematographic Newsreels,' both the fanfare at the beginning and the end, as well as the waltz of 'Unusual Craftsmanship,' the oriental song of 'Ancient Customs,' and the march of 'Celebration and Parade' were entirely recorded with informal instruments using overdubbing. Anyone who wants to guess a slight critical intention in this work can.
UNUSUAL CRAFTSMANSHIP
In a quiet corner of the Austrian Alps, Mr. Klaus Wunderhertz performs a strange craftsmanship: with old, unused toothpicks, he creates the splendid Gothic cathedrals we are seeing, which do not seem to have any difference from the real ones. The ingenuity of this friendly old man allows him to even use the food remains, inevitable in the toothpicks, to complete his work with trees, people, and incredibly realistic images. We see Mr. Wunderhertz smiling satisfied next to his cathedrals, the result of 62 years of love for work, dedication, patience, commitment, and dedication. We walk away amazed without understanding what he's laughing about.
TRADITIONAL GAUCHO FESTIVAL
A rough show like few others is undoubtedly the taming of colts. At the ranch, the gauchos, those horseback warriors, true centaurs, demonstrate with their skill the pride of a race and the attachment to their traditions...
Hey, buddy!... Well, any slip in life happens. With barbecue and empanadas, this friendly party ended. We see the gaucho Sofanor Andradas patting 'Manchao,' one of the colts he tamed during the day. 'Manchao' completes 15 years of faithful service to his owner without missing a single Sunday.

The general manager of Algarrobo-Pampeano, Mr. William Chesterwood, speaks about the new machines incorporated that allow the processing of soft drinks without human intervention. These machines will be exclusively operated by women. The plant's parish priest blesses the new facilities, replacing holy water with Algarrobo-Cola in a friendly gesture that refreshes better.
('Everything is better, yes sir, everything is better, yes sir, everything is better with Algarrobo ye-ye')
ANCIENT CUSTOMS
Mrs. Yoko-Hito, wife of the commercial attaché at the Chinapón embassy, hosted a reception at the diplomatic headquarters. We see the typical choreography of a traditional dance that forces the dancers to perform complicated movements crawling on the floor. Now, Mrs. Yoko-Hito explains the dedicated art of floral arrangements, Ikebana. She also explains to the guests a novel way to use the characteristic chopsticks to eat all kinds of delicacies, including Western ones.
Mrs. Yokohito:
Ikebana, chow en lai, harakiri, toboggan, t-shirt, chimpanzee, potbelly.
Mata Hari, salpicón, Honolulu, Tucumán, Walky Talkie, chimpanzee, ping pong.
Finally, the hostess presents a revolutionary dry cleaning machine, the Takirari K14, ideal for removing dirt from clothes adhered during the dance, mud from Ikebana pots, and splashes caused by eating stews with chopsticks...

CELEBRATION AND PARADE
The entire citizenry celebrated on a sunny day a new anniversary of the conquest of the desert. A parade of troops from air, sea, and land seals the celebration with the gallant march of the youth in arms for the defense of our sovereignty. The parade is closed by a group of descendants of those brave Indians who inhabited the Patagonian lands during the advent of civilization and progress. They are escorted by a mounted police battalion, four assault vehicles, and gendarmes with dogs and tear gas guns.
What happened during the week, huh?
