God tells me how can I begin to explain
The word became flesh and suffered in my place
The alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end
He stripped himself of his glory to die for me
For great is your love
I am not worthy, but your grace reached me, and today I am free!

(For by grace you are saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God)

As it is already written in the book of John
Here in this world you will have affliction
But in Matheus Jesus says it like this
Those who are tired can come to me

(Okay, but how did grace reach us, huh?)

In a manger the story began
For there was our savior
The Messiah was born, the word became flesh and at the age of 30 his miracles began
12 disciples accompanied him
Faithful friends was what everyone thought
Until one day, one rebelled
And for silver coins the master he delivered
They took Jesus, he was condemned to death
The plan of love was being initiated
They put the Messiah on the side of a thief

(Release Barabbas) The crowd shouted

Crown of thorns and a cross on the back
There he walked the painful road
He who committed no evil
Every lash was a sin of mine and yours
Like a dumb lamb
He suffered, paying for sins he did not commit
He suffered, such was his pain
That blood ran down the Lord's face
There on that cross, he was crucified
And he cried: It is finished
The veil was torn
Jesus died

Two
On the third day he revived
