Upon Awakening
I stopped to think
about the immensity of His love
that without deserving it He
was crucified for me
in a dream I could see
His body languishing
His lips complaining, tormented by pain.

when He went to Calvary
and I could see the multitude following Him,

In the dream I could see,
soldiers hitting Him

I saw His hands being nailed,
I felt like crying,
his lacerated body
for carrying our sins.
