In the golden sugarcane fields, that's where I roam
They call me the lawyer, I handle the boss's business and keep the books

With the brave and the ghost, here comes mini-lic, they're my trusted crew
They've defended my turf, cleared the ground so I can move with ease

The sugarcane season never used to cover my costs
But now with a little notebook, I’m cashing in big time during the season

The golden fields saw me grow, they were part of my childhood
And later in Puente Grande, I was the commander, I remember it well

When the boss was locked up, he trusted me, we secured our spot
