I was at a private party down in Sinaloa
Because there were so many folks packing heat
It was a beautiful bash, all fancy and grand
And the guys had gold grips on their guns, you know

A norteño band was playing, and everyone was hyped
You could hear the roar of the horns in the early morning light

The party kept going at that private estate
And the guys in their suits danced all night long
It was some respectable folks who showed up to that bash
But their names, well, I can't say I know them
