To Las Pirquitas
Bringing a flower from the breeze of the hill
For my tinogasteña, sweet girl

Come on, let’s dance the zamba
With a lively beat
You can hear a little drum
Echoing through the gorge

When I return to my hometown
I’ll take with me
A poncho made of vicuña
Crafted in the valley
