La Sierra
Los Farmerz
The Sierra
The blood, the humility
Diligence in his mind
To work, it was debated
He arrived in Ontario with the right attitude
From plains and prairies
Farmers, just so you know
We’re betting on California land
Changing it up in the yards, we passed the time
Out there in El Pino, in LA's grounds
Sipping Bud Lights on the freeway
With a cap sporting the Dodgers logo
Diamond on the buckle, hat and sandals, Pris and his style
We’re the sierras from Zapopan
I say it with pride
Men, farmers, and out in Ontario
The year 2000 is when it all began
Also down on 4th Street, close to the freeway
Once I got pulled over, I paid them off right away
And that’s where the story starts, it wasn’t all glory
We also had to grind to earn our place
We needed breaks, and now we lend a hand
And they came to see us in Riverside
The fire burning and the lightning enjoying
Life in the backyard and Pomona in the neighborhoods
