The Sheep
From Northern California
The wind brings this tale
Of a federal prison
The sheep made his escape
Without weapons and no help
Just used his brain
When Jorge was locked up
Emilio was murdered
He was already thinking of running
And so he made his plan
And when the new list came out
He was already in Culiacán
True treasure is friendship
But there are very few friends
Of the caliber of the sheep
And his buddy Emilio
Actions make the man
That's why sayings are made
Because of the mysterious escape
They called him the ghost
Since he was very determined
His buddy brought gold
Calm but effective
He lived out there in the ranches
They say there's no bad fifth
We'll have to see about that
Because on February 5th
At the restaurant Los Arcos
Some hellish guns
Opened fire on the sheep
Double-wheeled truck
And a black Lincoln were lurking
Jorge never found out
That fate would catch up to him
That's how the wind carries
