El Arbitro
Los Miserables
The Referee
They deliver their justice
In pursuit of the truth
And it remains on their consciences
If they will achieve it.
Dressed in black
Smile on their faces
But they are just a facade
Always remember that:
Everyone has their price
And it's just a matter of offering
Because with equal fouls
We will always lose.
One foul after another
We must endure
The weak always suffer
And that's the damn truth.
So many laws...
(No justice at all!)
So many prayers...
So what's the best position?
To put the guillotine
Always on the one who plays better.
In their mental prison
They lock away their evil
But in their intimacy
They deny their truth.
They will dig their own grave
And the earth will cover
A man who swore
To defend equality.
To the body that judges them
Their law or their morality
Justice takes time
But it will come...
So many laws...
(No justice at all!)
So many prayers...
(No mercy at all!)
And if justice
Is of the same color
There will also be punishment
For the powerful and the oppressor.
Their laws are written
In the name of god
But sometimes the bodies
Don't let the sun shine through.
Power will always impose
Its will
Their laws are useless to me
If they don't punish.
Yellow for ignorance
Red for impunity
Justice takes time
But it will come...
