¿Quién Le Tiene Miedo a Las Máquinas?

Los Prisioneros Los Prisioneros

Who's Afraid of Machines?

Who fears dehumanization
Who distrusts organization
Who protects more than honor
Their drums and their tradition

Who distrusts the easy and light
And insists on doing everything by hand
Who maintains antediluvian rites
And proclaims that the painful is not in vain
Who loves academicism
Who does not accept insolence
To whom digits produce resistance

There is no room for delicate or virtuous
No need for muscular drummers
Because everyone can make their own art
Everyone has the right to move
Technology is not my chronology
Poetry annoys in our days
Stupidity, to reject simplicity
And distrust speed

They nullify the divine musician
They end with mistakes
Impersonal and obedient

Who's afraid of machines

Who fears programming
Who distrusts perception
Who is scared even of neon
And every time that passed was better

Who likes to shout and sweat
And who doesn't want to make others dance
Who prefers strength or reason
Who escapes from uniformity

Who loves academicism
Who does not accept insolence
To whom digits produce resistance
