Mi Perico Mi Gallo Y Mi Chiva
Los Tucanes de Tijuana
My Parrot, My Rooster, and My Goat
I live off of three animals
That I love like my life
With them I make money
And I don't even buy them food
They are very fine animals
My parrot, my rooster, and my goat.
In California and Nevada
In Texas and Arizona
And also over there in Chicago
I have a few people
Who sell my animals
More than hamburgers
At McDonald's.
I learned to live life
Until I had money
And I don't deny that I was poor
Nor that I was a mule driver
Now I am a great lord
My pets are envied by the white people.
I have death close by
But I don't back down
I know the government is after me
Even from under the sea
But for everything there's a trick
They haven't been able to find my hiding place.
Abundant money
Is also very dangerous
That's why I spend it
With my joyful friends
And the women, honestly
See money and their eyes light up.
They say my animals
Will dig with people
But there's no obligation
To put them in front
My animals are fierce
If you don't know how to fight, then don't get involved.
