La Luz de La Manzana
Luis Alberto Spinetta
The Light of The Apple
I know I'm alive
And I fly in rests drinking the lymph of loneliness,
While the world
Everything is sinking
I no longer desire this lactal cross,
Savior and montecristo,
All on the same cliff,
Today commemorates the mummy year,
With all the light of the apple,
With all the light of the apple.
I want to see everything
Everything until death,
See that we live to be happy,
Outside is a wind,
A drying wind,
It eats souls,
It eats without reason.
A cleared street,
Where there is nothing left,
Where only the rain will return,
With all the light of the apple,
With all the light of the apple.
The night escapes without knowing why,
The bodies remain inside the cuckoo.
And I turn a thousand times on the threads of a cord,
While the world... spins in Eden.
Today I receive my father for the first time,
I give birth to my mother for the first time.
My whole life slips on six strings,
It goes up and throws itself back up again.
While outside the children guide us
They take the world to the other side.
I want you to know that I hide inside me,
Equal bodies for an experiment,
Upright in lobster on the plain,
Tea of all the horrible things in this world.
A moon in Atacama
Falls from all the branches
I feel they call me without sound...
With all the confidence!
