I want a church that with its gaze
Shows hope to the troubled soul
I want a church that heals the wounds of this humanity

I want a flock where my sheep
Feel safe and full of peace
Where the word is the nourishment, there I want to dwell

I want a church that with its praise
Perfumes my throne giving me that place
A church that knows how to differentiate between good and evil
Where is the church that was forgiven
And freed from the atrocious punishment
The one that sees the fallen
And extends a hand and grants forgiveness
Church awake, the time of redemption has come
