In a humble home, without luxuries
They had started to live
The dreams of both began to walk
In search of a better future

No one told them it would be easy
To take that path
Having so many obstacles to overcome
They could never imagine

Time calmed the anguish
There was never a lack of bread in the house
Everything had already started to improve
Fighting had served them well
The difficult beginning has been left behind
Now the rest can come

Their great love gave them rewards
Offspring they adored to sow
If we were everything they wanted to have
And they had plenty of love to give

We grew up knowing their effort
Value, sincerity, and humility
To be correct men and women
Their children we will remember

Thank God we always had them
And that they were as they are
Because when we needed them
That support never failed us

They are the greatest in the world
And today we want to give them
