Famous gunfighters
As the ballad says
They're all underground
But never forgotten
They left behind free memories

New gunfighters emerge

Some leave their families
And head to the frontier
Strolling through Laredo
With their gun on display
Escorting their contraband
On any road

A ghost appears
In towns and highways
They say it's Lucio Peña
Who moves like a beast
Carrying his contraband
And coming from the border

There goes the little coyote
Son of the big coyote
Armed to the teeth
Coming to find a coward
Wants to settle a score
Comes to avenge his father
