Carta a San Valentin
Lytos
Letter to Valentine
You will never know what true love is
If before loving you don't learn to love yourself first
If your passion depends on gifts and dates
It's because Cupid missed with your arrows
I love you, I adore you, you fill my emptiness
I want you to be happy but only if you are mine
You will know what love is when without hesitation
I ask you why and you can't explain
It doesn't understand disguises, it doesn't seek perfection
And well, listening to it isn't always the right thing
It's so treacherous, it doesn't warn before entering
You can choose your partner, but not who to love
It's so complicated to define that spark
That you take advantage of every year
On Valentine's Day?
And explaining a feeling
Is like understanding poetry
You have your metaphor
And I have mine
