The Springs
One day I'll break all the bridges
That connect my being, alive and whole
To the chaos of this unreal world
And calmly I'll rise up to the springs.
I'll go to the springs where dwells
The fullness, the clear splendor
That was promised to me every hour
And in the incomplete face of love.
I'll drink in the light and the dawn
I'll drink in the voice of that promise
