Vaig Aprendre
Manu Guix
I Learned
And that's how I remember it, it was a child lost in the desert
And with his way of understanding things, suddenly a universe opened up to me
Maybe it was just a dream due to the delirium of thirst
But something inside me moved upon hearing that child's laughter
And there I learned
That everything depends on me
And that we all have a little prince inside
You just have to want to feel it
And there I learned
That the essential is invisible to the eyes
And that learning to love and be happy
Is what I want
I don't know if it will be real
When he talked to me about roses and baobabs
Or about foxes that were incredible friends
When they allowed themselves to be tamed
He didn't answer my questions
And gave me a disturbing silence
I started paying attention to the little things
Which are actually the most important
And there I learned
That everything depends on me
And that we all have a little prince inside
You just have to want to feel it
And there I learned
To look at the world in a different way
And he did that
And there I learned to remember
That I too was once a child
It's what happens to us grown-ups
That we often forget
And there I learned
That the essential is invisible to the eyes
And that learning to love and be happy
Is what I want
And he taught me like no one else
