Corazón y Flecha

Heart and Arrow
When the world pierces you in different ways
And turns its back on you
Sometimes it sets you free, other times it drains you
It's a heart and arrow
And those arrows accompany you
Some return, conquer you, and leave a mark
When you least expect it, they return, rescue you
And stay in your heart
The dance of the Medusa, be careful it dazzles you
Sometimes in the tide, like a piece of wood
The dance of the Medusa, be careful it dazzles you
Sometimes in the tide, like a piece of wood
And so it goes on, life never tires of living
And so it dies, my heart and arrow must exist
When the world pierces you in different ways
And turns its back on you
Sometimes it sets you free, other times it drains you
It's a heart and arrow
And those arrows accompany you
Some return, conquer you, and leave a mark
When you least expect it, they return, rescue you
And stay in your heart
The dance of the Medusa, be careful it dazzles you
Sometimes in the tide, like a piece of wood
The dance of the Medusa, be careful it dazzles you
Sometimes in the tide, like a piece of wood
