Prayer Is Victory
When the believer kneels down,
To speak with the Lord,
Many things happen, he soon forgets his pain.
When the believer starts to pray and talk with the Lord,
The night ends, the sadness goes away, he stands firm and does not fall.
Joshua prayed and the Sun stood still and he won.
Elijah prayed and soon the fire on the altar lit up.
Daniel prayed and God shut the lion's mouth.
The believer who prays is never defeated.
Hannah prayed and asked for a child, then the Lord gave her one.
And a certain prophet prayed for rain and the rain came down.
And King Hezekiah prayed, asked to live longer,
And the Lord answered him,
As proof, He delayed Ahaz's clock.
Elisha prayed and the Shunammite's son was revived.
Paul and Silas prayed and sang,
And the prison shook.
And Samson prayed to the Lord and destroyed the Philistines.
The church prayed and interceded and Peter was released from prison.
