If I Had Known
If we had wanted
and one of us had left.
If we had searched,
I'm sure
we would have never found each other.
These are the things,
that can't be explained, not even with all the words.
These are the things,
that your eyes see just before you open them.
If we had known,
that just seeing each other led us to the forbidden;
we would have done,
the impossible to not have met.
These are the things,
that in love happen without further explanations,
the intense beating of hearts
that give thanks for being born.
These are the things,
that don't match the rush of this world,
that I have preferred and not knowing my path
to this feeling, not having felt.
