The Peace
The peace I leave you, my peace I give you;
I do not give it to you as the world gives,
Do not let your hearts be troubled,
Do not be afraid.
Lord, I receive your peace,
Not the one the world gives me, in my heart, there will be no fear.
Lord, I need your peace,
And my heart will know that you are a powerful God.
(oh yes Jesus, you are the prince of peace,
And today we receive it, with all our hearts).
