He was returning home a little earlier than usual
When he saw three coming towards him
And with a knife in hand, they attacked him without hesitation
They left him unconscious under the sun
And on his way to the church went the pastor shortly after
The meeting was about to start
He was late and arguing on the way with his wife
Trying not to lose his authority

Three minutes later, the worship leader appeared
Two keyboards, seven cables, and a music stand
And although he thought he saw something red in the sky
He preferred to pass by and ignore it
A disheveled gypsy passing by
Who couldn't read or write
But seeing the situation, it hurt his heart
