Otra Cicatriz
Marea
Another Scar
I want it to wait for me in another life
A moon with fallen breasts that
With the present adorns itself
Another crazy calendar
With which to clean my eye and it may be
That the tongue goes wild
And it may stop smoking
The scorched pillow that I put to think
That it thunders, that it stops suffering
My drowsy mouth
That spits out another shooting star
I know the morning knew it
By the reverence it showed me when seeing
So much chest, so much show
So much lion's tail asleep
And the snoring of the mouse that knows
It's always too late
And I may have to iron
The poet's change of clothes that chance left me
If you come, the storm moves away
The comets parade
I undo the scar again
That oblivion closed wide open
I return and will always return for you
While blood spurts from the navel
I swear I want to and can't
Stop looking for the song
That doesn't fear stepping on the grass
I swear I can and don't want to
Throw the words into the air and have
Them get lost while fluttering
