I promised in my holy baptism
To always, always worship Jesus
Christian parents spoke in my name
Today I came to confirm the vows

Faithful and sincere, I myself want
To promise my love to Jesus

Father and Son, ineffable love
In the mystery of the incarnate Word
In the passion of Jesus the Redeemer

I want to serve Jesus constantly
To engrave His law in my heart
Fighting, struggling, and overcoming
