Como El Tero
María Luz Salinas
Like the Tero
In every little nook it finds
The spider weaves its web
And every critter that sings
Sings to scare off its dread
There are fish that swim in rivers
And they call them flying fish
When I run into a friend
I’m so happy! Yes, indeed!
Today it rained a little
Then the sun came out
And look how beautiful
The sky turned so many colors
I want to be like the tero
That shouts if you get too close
I’ll sing with joy, my friend
When you knock on my door
They told me one day
That a book is always better
You can travel the world
With just your imagination
Hot chocolate
Sweetened chocolate
Hot chocolate
Oh, this chocolate!
