Caminando Va
Marta Gómez
Walking Goes
It rains, it rains, it rains
It rains non-stop
And the little snail is in its house
After a while, it starts to clear up
And the little snail goes out for a walk
And the little snail goes out for a walk
Walking goes
Walking comes a snail with its little house
Carrying always everything it needs
Walking goes
It walks alone
When it's tired, it rests on a branch
And if it's bored, it talks to an iguana
Walking goes
And on the way it finds the sun
And the sun serves as a shelter
And on the way, the snail finds shade
Finds peace
Finds the world on the way
Walking goes
It looks in the mirror
That forms a drop left from the drizzle
And always smiles when the wind caresses it
Walking goes
When the day ends, it walks slowly
And listens to the stars
That even though they make no noise
In silence, they are more beautiful
Walking goes
After so much walking, the snail
Walking its path
Is tired and slowly puts away its head
Its luggage and its destiny
Walking goes
Walking goes
Walking goes
