A Cura do Leproso

The Healing of the Leper

I was forced to live outside the camp
Infected by a leprosy, a terrible disease
I was rejected because of my condition
Living in the valley was the only option
But there's a service on the mountain, I'm not sure who the preacher is
But the wind is bringing his voice to the valley where I am
Because of my leprosy, I can't climb the mountain
But if he is the one preaching, he will come down here
And when he comes down, ah! I will worship him
And if he wants, he can heal me

And he came down, I ran to his feet
And I prostrated, he was the Son of God
So I didn't waste time and worshiped
And he looked at me and broke the protocol
He placed his hands on my leprosy

The evil that was in me had no strength to contaminate him
But what was in him began to cleanse me through his touch
I said goodbye to the valley after he touched me
All evil left, the leprosy disappeared, clean I am today

Feel now the hand of Jesus touching you
Receive miracle, receive power
For Jesus came down to the valley to make a feast
And it's no use saying you can't
If he is the one who wants to take you out of the valley and honor your faith
Then don't waste time, prostrate

And worship, worship, worship, worship, worship, worship, worship, worship, worship, worship
There is restoration in the valley just for you
Worship, worship, worship, worship, worship, worship, worship, worship, worship
In this valley of lepers, you will not die
In this valley of lepers, you will not die
