Sonho de Paz

1- He came and taught that love leads to unity
And that by sharing bread, peace becomes reality
That it takes much more than a poem and a chorus
It takes for man to open his heart

The peace that is so dreamed of
Sung in such beautiful songs
Will only reach us
When we hear the voice of the Lord

2- There are thousands of neglected children out there
And there are innocent children who have nowhere to go
'I am present in them, it is me whom you reject
If you deny me your love, how do you want to have peace'

3- If today you make bombs, many weapons, and cannons
The harder and colder your hearts will be
But it is time for change, to return to the Lord
And to sing with life that love is stronger
