Pescadores de Mi Río

Rowing bent
River burning and downpours
Carries swiftly the heart
And in the drawing of the nets
It's entangled from sunrise to sunset.

Bread that our river gently offers
Silver and alive
Jumps in the nets
Shines in the eyes of those who know how to earn it
River people, fishermen
Of my Paraná river.

Water lily skin
Blooming ceibo smile
The little fisherman boy has
And in his water-colored eyes
The sandy shores shining in the sun
