The land of dreams is distant
and its name is Brazil
I will plant my life
under a cerulean sky.

My Italy, Germany
My Spain, Portugal
maybe I'll never see again
my homeland.

Here I am a suffering people
there I will be a farmer
I will have cattle, I will have sun
the sea there is so beautiful
generous nature
that makes the miracle of the rose bloom without thorns.

The cold is not too cold
nor the heat too hot
and they say that those who live there
